In Kaltbrunn, on the old Landgasterstrasse, a single-family house with a granny annexe is being built. The client relies on the renewable energy of geothermal energy. The house as well as the apartment will be heated by a GEROtherm DUPLEX and tempered by freecooling in summer. GEOTHERM AG, a company specializing in geothermal probe drilling, was on site and carried out the drilling work professionally. The large water occurrences in the ground made drilling difficult for the drilling team. Due to the many years of experience of the drilling team and their flexibility, this challenge was also mastered. The two probe circuits were combined with a Y-piece and led into the technical room with the GEROtherm connection line.
