The appearance of Migros Appenzell and the technical facilities are outdated. Since no expansion of space is possible at the existing location, Migros Ostschweiz would like to combine a pleasant environment for shopping, living and commerce.

The new building in the Sandgrube in Appenzell will be a new modern complex with a Migros supermarket and a restaurant. The building comprises 33 attractive rental flats, as well as several office and commercial spaces.
