A housing concept for urban people interested in art and culture. The new buildings will restore Courgevaux Palace to its original size. The charm of Courgevaux Palace was optimally preserved by the design performance. 17 different condominiums are now located in these buildings. The annual energy demand, including e-mobility, is covered by the in-house PV system on the roofs of the barn (A) and the cottage (B). The heat is produced with a heat pump which extracts the energy from the ground with GEROtherm^® DUPLEX geothermal probes.
