DESCRIPTION:

‎Transformation of the Stöcklin site from an industrial estate to a new, vibrant neighbourhood with around 260 apartments, service areas and a combined retirement and care home. Heat is generated by a brine-water heat pump, located in the main Senevita centre and Turm 2. A total of 100 GEROtherm^® DUPLEX geothermal probes, each 250 metres long, will be drilled for energy extraction.
