Challenge:

Sustainable development of the approx. 70,500 m2 large and centrally located bonded warehouse with 1,000 residential units using 205 geothermal probes. The small distance of 5m between the geothermal probes places high demands on the drilling teams. In addition to ten new buildings, three existing buildings are to be included in the energy concept.
