GEROtherm® DUPLEX - Qoqa Center, Bussigny-sur-Lausanne, VD
QoQa and SwissRoc have commissioned Bat-Mann for the first stage of the works for the construction of their new administrative, logistics and storage centre in Bussigny.
QoQa will occupy part of the premises, the rest mainly hosting start-ups and innovation-oriented companies.
The building will have two floors of underground parking, one floor of double height, which will be semi-underground. It includes five above-ground levels for office space, an exercise room, a restaurant, co-working spaces, video and sound studios, a care centre, etc. Accessible terraces will be created on part of the roofs.
