‎In addition to the sophisticated, resource-efficient energy concept based around geothermal energy and a consistent “green building” philosophy, the CREO Lifestyle Apartments are a testament to sustainability. Air conditioning in the buildings is provided by GEROtherm^® DUPLEX geothermal probes from HakaGerodur in combination with heat pumps. Drilling company Geoter created 60 boreholes and sank 60 single-U geothermal probes. The company from San Sebastián de los Reyes also installed the connecting pipes and distributors.
