DESCRIPTION:

This modern office and commercial building was built in Holešovice, a district known for its traditional restaurants, bars and theatres. In keeping with the forward-looking architecture and utilisation concept, 12 GEROtherm^® VARIO geothermal probes were sunk for the building’s climate control system (heating and cooling). Due to the conical probe design, an optimized hydraulic pressure drop is achieved and thus a more efficient overall system.
